Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your PerformStars account and request deletion of your personal data without downloading or reinstalling the app. This page explains the available options and what data is deleted.

I. Delete Your Account in the App

If you have access to the app or your account, you can delete your account from the account settings:

  • open PerformStars;
  • go to Profile;
  • open Settings;
  • select Delete Account;
  • confirm the deletion request.

After confirmation, we will start processing your account and data deletion request.

II. Request Deletion Without the App

If you cannot access the app, do not want to install it again, or prefer to make the request from the web, you can request deletion by email.

Send your request to info@performstars.com from the email address connected to your PerformStars account. Use the subject line “Delete my account” and include your account email and, if available, your user ID or profile link.

If we need to verify that you are the account owner, we may ask for additional information before deleting the account. This is required to protect accounts from unauthorized deletion.

III. What We Delete

When your deletion request is confirmed, we delete or de-identify:

  • your account and login access;
  • your profile data and account settings;
  • videos uploaded by you;
  • reports generated from your videos;
  • analysis history, recommendations, tags, and related training data;
  • support data that is no longer needed for legal, payment, security, or dispute purposes.

IV. Data We May Keep Temporarily

Some data may be kept for a limited time after deletion if it is necessary for payment accounting, tax or legal obligations, security logs, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, dispute resolution, chargeback handling, or protection of legal rights.

Backup copies may also remain for a limited period until they are overwritten or deleted under our normal backup schedule. During this period, backup data is not used for normal Service operation.

V. Subscription and Payments

Deleting your PerformStars account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple, App Store, Apple ID, your bank, or another payment provider. If your subscription is managed by Apple, you should cancel it through your Apple ID or App Store subscription settings.
