PerformStars Support

If something does not work, a page does not load, an upload fails, an error is shown, analysis looks incorrect, or you cannot access your account or paid features, contact us directly by email: info@performstars.com.

We use this support address for app support, website support, subscriptions, payments, account access, video upload issues, analysis issues, privacy requests, and account deletion requests.

I. Contact Email

Primary support email: info@performstars.com. Please send your request from the email address connected to your PerformStars account whenever possible.

If you cannot access that email address, include enough information for us to identify your account, such as your account email, user ID, profile link, payment confirmation, device type, and a short description of the problem.

II. What We Can Help With

  • account login, password, email, profile, or access problems;
  • video upload, file selection, camera, media library, or network issues;
  • analysis errors, missing reports, incorrect tags, failed processing, or unexpected recommendations;
  • PerformStars Pro, Apple subscriptions, Restore Purchases, paid access, or entitlement problems;
  • manual direct sales, payment confirmation, invoice or receipt questions, and access activation;
  • refund questions and guidance on where to request Apple refunds;
  • account and data deletion requests;
  • privacy, data access, correction, deletion, and consent questions;
  • bug reports, broken links, loading errors, crashes, or performance problems.

III. Video Upload and Analysis Issues

If video upload or analysis does not work, email us immediately at info@performstars.com. Include the account email, the approximate time of the upload, file name or video title, device model, browser or app version if known, and screenshots or screen recordings of the error if available.

If an analysis report looks incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or inconsistent with the video, include the report link, video link or title, and a short explanation of what looks wrong. Poor camera angle, lighting, frame rate, visibility of the player, table, balls, cue, pockets, or incomplete recordings may affect analysis quality.

IV. Subscription, Purchases, and Refunds

For Apple subscriptions or in-app purchases, first check that you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase and use Restore Purchases in the app where available. If access is still not restored, email us at info@performstars.com with your account email and Apple purchase confirmation if available.

Apple subscription cancellation and Apple refund requests are handled by Apple through Apple ID, App Store, and Apple support tools. We can help explain where to look and check your PerformStars access status, but we do not control Apple refund decisions.

For manual direct sales requested by email, paid access is activated after payment confirmation. If your access was not activated, send the payment confirmation and your account email to info@performstars.com.

V. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account in the app through Profile, Settings, Delete Account. You can also request deletion without the app by emailing info@performstars.com or by using our Account Deletion page.
